【仕事内容】

組織立上げから間もないため立上げメンバーとしてご活躍頂きます。エンタープライズクライアント担当として、自社プロダクト導入により顧客課題を解決に導くセールスをお願いします。

2022年1月に新設されたエンタープライズ領域を担当する部署です。

エンタープライズ市場の新規開拓及び既存顧客への営業活動をおこなっていただきます。

【具体的には】

・経営課題・業務課題をヒアリング、システム構成および意思決定プロセスを理解し、社内外のステークホルダーを率いて、セールスとして提案から受注に至るまで営業活動を推進

・エンタープライズ企業に対する新規営業活動(一部既存顧客も対応)

・顧客の複数の部署(事業部門、情報システム部門、経営企画部門など)と関係を構築し、多角的に課題を分析します

・顧客、社内を巻き込んだプロジェクト管理

・現場、経営とのディスカッションによる顧客課題の特定及び業務フローの構築

【募集背景】

2019年には複数の有名ベンチャーキャピタルから総額約20億円の資金調達を実施し、2020年にはMinerva Growth Partnersをリード投資家とし、世界最大のベンチャーキャピタル Sequoia Capital Chinaが新規で参加。両投資家ともに日本での投資第1号案件が当社でした。

2022年にもシリーズDラウンドにおいて海外機関投資家を中心に総額約122億円の資金調達を実施しており、累計資金調達額は約209億円になります。

建設・建築業界におけるDXのリーディングカンパニーとして、業界全体の変革を成し遂げるには、業界トップクラスのエンタープライズ(大手ゼネコン、ハウスメーカー、ディベロッパー、専門工事など)の新規開拓が不可欠です。クライアント及びアンドパッドの事業成長に寄与していただける方を募集します。

【求める人材】

【いずれか必須】

・エンタープライズ領域での新規営業経験

・IT企業でのソリューション提案経験

・大手建設会社に対する営業経験

・顧客の課題解決型の法人営業経験(3年以上)

・事業会社での事業開発・中規模プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・業務コンサル/ITコンサルでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・建設業界での営業経験や施工管理経験をお持ちの方(ゼネコン、サブコン、設備建材メーカー、インフラ系、ハウスメーカー、ハウスビルダーでの経験者歓迎)

・スタートアップ/ベンチャーでの就業経験

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
