Job Overview: Your Mission in This Role
The "eVTOL" sector is drawing global attention, particularly the multicopter design we are developing. This lightweight, compact, and straightforward system is exceptionally well-suited for use as an eVTOL in urban environments. However, achieving a high-level balance among various factors such as size, weight, and strength is crucial for compactly integrating equipment and components into the aircraft, while ensuring the safety of occupants and passengers.
This is a challenging mission, but it presents a unique opportunity to lead the design of a groundbreaking product that has yet to be introduced to the world. By doing so, you will help realize the dreams of millions and make a meaningful contribution to society by addressing urban traffic issues.
Key Responsibilities
- You will design and examine the aircraft framework of eVTOL.
eVTOL needs to combine various components such as power electronics, batteries, and electrical components (piloting system, lighting system, etc.) and put them together into a lightweight, compact, and safe airframe. - You will lead the analysis , design, and verification of the structure and strength of the aircraft framework based on the requirements and design data from the concept model and basic design.
- You will be mainly in charge of analyzing CAD related works and other upstream processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
・Experienced in structural and strength design of transportation machinery (such as automobiles or aircraft)
・Experience in 3D-CAD design (CATIA V5)
Preferred Skills
・Experience in designing with composite materials (CFRP) in particular
Skills for Collaborative Success
・Able to flexibly adopt the opinions and ideas of others while striving to achieve objectives.
・Able to think on your own initiative and check with your supervisor to make sure things are going well.

Type of Employment
- Permanent Employee or Contract Employee
- Probationary period: 3~6 month
Place of Employment
- Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
- Measures to Prevent Secondhand Smoke: Smoking Room Provided
- There may be domestic and international business trips required due to test-related tasks and other responsibilities.
- Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)
Working Hours
- Flextime or Discretionary labor system
- In the case of flextime: No core time
- Discretionary Labor System: Specialized Class Deemed working hours per day: 10 hours
- Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)
- Overtime Work: Available
Holidays
- 115 days off per year Saturday / Sundays / New year holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
- Annual paid leave
- Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)
Salary
- Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,850,000- JPY 10,280,000
- Monthly Salary: JPY 571,000- JPY 857,000
- Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680- JPY 296,697
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed overtime.
