Third Intelligenceでは、現在主流となっているTransformerアーキテクチャに留まらない、次世代のAIアルゴリズムの研究開発に取り組んでいます。
これらの研究成果を、自社サービスとして社会に実装することを見据え、「遍在型AGI」というコンセプトのもと、研究開発体制の強化を進めています。
2026年1月に完了した初回の資金調達ラウンドでは、研究開発および人材・計算機資源への投資を目的とした100億円の資金調達を実施しました。
また、共同創業者 兼 Chief Scientistとして松尾豊教授が参画しており、松尾研究所からカーブアウトした企業として、研究資産や知見を活用しながら事業を推進しています。
研究開発の成果を安定的かつ継続的にプロダクトへ反映していくために研究と実装の橋渡しを担うResearch Engineerの体制強化のため、新たにメンバーを募集します。
【仕事内容】
Research Scientistと連携しながら、新規に設計されたアルゴリズムに対し、妥当性を工学的な観点から検証することや、様々なエンジニアリング的手法を駆使しながらモデル規模を実用水準にスケールアップさせていくことを役割として担っていただきます。

計算資源で高性能を達成するための独自の学習・推論エンジンの構築と最適化・運用
AIモデルの性質に適合したマルチモーダルな学習データや動的な学習システムの構築

■必須
基盤モデルを開発・運用した経験、または音声対話、マルチモーダル、外部公開システムなど、関連領域でのAIシステムのEnd-to-End構築経験
次世代のAIアルゴリズムについての研究開発の経験(ゼロからの設計や、提案されたアルゴリズムの仕組みを理解した上で、その性能を高めるためのエンジニアリングの実績など)
Python, PyTorch, Distributed Training Frameworks (DeepSpeed, FSDPなど) の深い知識
