Third Intelligenceでは、現在主流となっているTransformerアーキテクチャに留まらない、次世代のAIアルゴリズムの研究開発に取り組んでいます。
これらの研究成果を、自社サービスとして社会に実装することを見据え、「遍在型AGI」というコンセプトのもと、研究開発体制の強化を進めています。
2026年1月に完了した初回の資金調達ラウンドでは、研究開発および人材・計算機資源への投資を目的とした100億円の資金調達を実施しました。
また、共同創業者 兼 Chief Scientistとして松尾豊教授が参画しており、松尾研究所からカーブアウトした企業として、研究資産や知見を活用しながら事業を推進しています。
研究開発の成果を安定的かつ継続的にプロダクトへ反映していくために研究と実装の橋渡しを担うResearch Engineerの体制強化のため、新たにメンバーを募集します。
【仕事内容】
研究開発で生まれたモデルを、実際に動くプロダクトとして実装するポジションです。安定したバックエンド基盤や高度な対話制御の仕組みを作り込み、クラウドプラットフォームやデータパイプラインの構築も含めて実用に耐えるソフトウェアに仕上げていただくことを期待しています。
■業務イメージ
LLM(大規模言語モデル)や独自のAIモデルをプロダクトに組み込むための対話制御ロジックおよび推論インターフェースの設計と実装
生成AIの特性を考慮した高可用・低遅延なバックエンドサーバーのアーキテクチャ構築および運用
モデルへの入力データの前処理や、推論結果をプロダクトのUIに最適化して反映させるためのデータパイプラインの構築
クラウドインフラ(AWS、GCP等)を活用した、スケーラブルなAIアプリケーション実行環境の整備
ユーザーのフィードバックに基づいたプロンプトエンジニアリングや、特定タスクへの最適化による会話品質の継続的改善

■必須
Python、Go等の言語を用いたバックエンドサーバーの設計・開発・運用経験
AWS、GCP等のクラウドプラットフォームを用いたインフラ構築およびマネージドサービスの活用経験
生成AI(OpenAI API等)を実際のプロダクトへ組み込んだ経験
データベース(RDBMS、NoSQL)の適切な選定およびデータモデリングの実装経験

LangChain、LlamaIndex等のフレームワークを用いた開発経験
AIエージェントの実装経験
MLOps、LLM Opsに関連するパイプライン自動化や評価基盤の構築経験
Docker、Kubernetesを用いたコンテナオーケストレーションの運用経験
