【仕事内容】

コンシューマ向けモバイルアプリ(iOS/Android)の機能追加・改善に関わる開発プロジェクトを、プロジェクトマネージャーとして統括していただきます。各部署と連携しながら、計画立案から進捗管理までをご担当いただきます。

■ 業務内容

・アプリ開発プロジェクトの計画立案とスケジュール管理

・企画、デザイン、開発、QAとの調整

・進捗、課題、リスクの管理とレポーティング

・会議体の運営、議事録作成

・リリース後の改善提案と開発サイクル改善

求める人材:

■ 必須スキル

・アプリまたはWeb開発におけるPM経験(2年以上)

・部門間調整やタスク管理の実務経験

・要件整理や進行管理が得意な方

■ 歓迎スキル

・iOS/Android開発の基本知識

・スクラムマスターやPO経験

・モバイルアプリの運用改善経験

給与:

月給:85万円〜105万円

年俸:1020万円〜1260万円(スキル次第で上振れあり)
