ける」という法務部ビジョンを体現すべく、専門性を強化し、事業部と伴に当社事業の拡大に向けて積極的に取り組んでいます。

職務内容

ご担当者として、以下の業務をお任せします。

・取締役会運営

(企業価値向上に一層資する取締役会を目指して、事務局として取締役会を運営します)

・取締役会実効性評価

(評価の実施、評価から抽出された課題に対する対策案の取締役会への提案、取締役会で承認された対策案の実行等を担当します)

・株主総会運営

(事業報告・スライド作成、想定問答QA作成、展示準備等の事前準備、総会当日の運営等を統括します)

・開示書類作成

(関係各部と連携して、招集通知、半期報告書、有価証券報告書等を作成します)

・法的事項に関する幅広い相談対応

(国際取引、会社法・民法・独占禁止法その他の国内法全般、投資関連等の法務相談対応)

・契約書レビュー

(日常的な取引契約の他、知的財産権がかかわる研究開発関連契約、投資関連契約、外国

企業との間の各種英文契約など)

・訴訟および係争対応

・社内教育 など

募集要件

【必須要件】

・企業法務に必要な知識・技能を有し、即戦力となる契約書審査、係争対応業務の経験を有している方

・企業法務または法律事務所での経験を5年以上有している方

・取締役会、株主総会運営、開示書類作成のうち、1つ以上の経験を有している方

【歓迎要件】

・英語案件にも積極的に取り組んでいただける方

就業時間

9:00〜17:30(うち休憩時間 12:00~13:00)

※フレックス制度有

年収

600万円〜900万円

※経験、能⼒を考慮の上、規定により決定します。

月給

340,000円〜500,000円

時間外労働手当

休日又は深夜労働に対して支払われる割増賃金率

・所定時間外 30%

・休日 35%

※ただし、所定時間外、及び休日の勤務時間数の合計が月60時間を超える場合、その超過時間については50%

・深夜 40%

賞与/昇給

  • 賞与:年2回(6⽉、12⽉)
  • 昇給:年1回(7⽉)

休日・休暇

年間休日:124日 年間有給休暇:15~21日(入社時期、勤続年数により付与日数は異なります。)

休⽇休暇形態:完全週休2⽇制(⼟⽇祝⽇)、創業記念⽇、年末年始、他

試用期間

有 (期間6ヶ月)

35歳・本社勤務・東京23区居住/想定年収:500万円

  • 家族社宅のケース

・家族社宅上限家賃:18万円/月(自己負担率2割:約3.6万円)

  • 想定年収500万円ですが、実質年収:約670万円相当

※上限家賃は居住エリアにより異なります。

※自己負担率は年齢により異なります。

※家族社宅の他、独身単身社宅もございます。(家賃上限は上記と異なります)

  • 住宅手当のケース

・住宅手当:5万円/月 ※年額60万円

  • 想定年収500万円に上記住宅手当が加算されます(年収は約560万円)

※住宅手当は、居住地域や名義(自己・他者)により金額が異なります。

・上記住宅関連制度の他、扶養するお子様一人当たりに「子ども手当」が支給されます。

(年齢に応じて2.6~3.3万円を支給 ※24歳未満まで対象)
