【仕事のポイント】

オフィスに不可欠なプリンター、トナー、PC、コピー用紙等のサプライ用品をご提案します。

単にモノを売るのではなく、お客様の「コスト削減」や「業務効率化」を支えるソリューション営業です。

市役所や学校、企業、病院など、事務業務のある幅広いお客様が対象です。

どの職場でも必要とされるオフィス用品を扱うため、話を聞いてもらいやすく、営業のしやすさを実感しやすい仕事です。

リピーターとなっていただけるよう信頼を築けるかが腕のみせどころです。

担当エリア:札幌市を中心とした北海道エリア

出張について:エリアにより月1週間程度(直行直帰やスケジュール調整は個人の裁量にお任せします)。

【お任せする業務】

  • 既存顧客のフォローからスタート
  • 入社後はまず、お取引のあるお客様への定期訪問(3ヶ月~半年に1回程度)から担当します。

「困りごとはありませんか?」とヒアリングし、信頼関係を深めてください。

※ご注文の受付および発注、見積作成、不具合の一次対応などは営業支援課が行います。

チームでお客様を支える体制があるため、営業は「提案」に集中できます。

  • 習熟度をみながら徐々に新規開拓へ挑戦

業務や商品知識に慣れてきたら、新規のお客様へアプローチを開始。

都度先輩社員にも相談しながらお客様のコスト削減につながるシミュレーションや新製品の提案などを行います。

※最初から一人ですべて任せることはありません。習熟度を見ながら段階的にお任せします。

基礎から学べる研修を用意していますので、一つひとつ知識を身につけていきましょう。

  • 基礎研修・OJT まずは先輩の同行からスタートし、実際の商談の雰囲気や提案の仕方を肌で感じてください。

マニュアル通りにいかないこともありますが、自ら考え、工夫していく面白さもこの仕事の魅力です。

一人ひとりのペースに合わせて研修を進めますので、焦る必要はありません。

自信を持ってお客様の前に立てるようになるまで、丁寧にフォローします。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間45分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

8:45~17:30(実働7時間45分、休憩1時間)

  • 残業ほぼゼロ定時退社が基本です

給与詳細


基本給:月給 27万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

月給270,000円~350,000円
