<業務詳細>
当社が開発し顧客に提供するシステムのプロジェクト運営状況や作業進捗を日々チェックし、問題があれば各プロジェクトマネージャーにアドバイスを提供し支援する仕事です。
<具体的な仕事内容>
■プロジェクトの効率性向上:プロジェクト情報や要件定義書、設計書、WBSなどのチェックを通じて、プロジェクトの進捗状況を監視し、リソースの効率的な活用やタスクのスケジュール管理、リスク管理を行い、プロジェクトの効率性を向上させます。
■コミュニケーションと調整:プロジェクトマネージャーと円滑なコミュニケーションを図り、プロジェクト間の調整を行い、進捗やドキュメントの過不足などを確認し、情報共有をサポートします。
最初は業務に慣れていただきプロジェクトの効率よいチェックをお願いします。
そして少しずつWBSのフォーマットの統一化やチェック基準の確立など全社的な「仕組み作り」をお願いしたいと思っています。
