仕事内容


マーケティング・プロモーションは、Web施策やイベント企画を通じて、反響を生み出すことに特化したチームです。

SNSや広告、Webサイトの改善、完成見学会やセミナーなどを組み合わせながら、サービスの魅力を伝え、お問い合わせやご来場といった「お客様の具体的な行動」につなげていきます。

【仕事内容】

『あそび=余白』のある暮らしをコンセプトに戸建住宅や古民家・マンション等のリノベーションを行う当社。価値ある住宅を更に魅力的に生まれ変わらせるお手伝いをしています。

SNSやHPといったWEB媒体、自社発行フリーペーパーや、ショールームでのイベントの企画・運営を通して、当社の活動を広める広報業務をお任せします。

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・SNS運用、広告出稿の企画・実施

・HP の更新、分析・改善

・完成見学会やセミナーなどの企画運営

・施工事例のインタビュー・記事作成

・動画の企画・進行管理

・会社資料やパンフレットの企画・制作

その他自社ブランディング業務全般 など

上記の広報業務を中心に適正に応じてイベントの企画立案・運営をお任せします。

引き渡し後も毎年OB会を開催しており、完工後も続くお客様との関係性も魅力です。

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

シフト制

8:00~20:00の間で8時間(休憩1h)

※時間調整の退勤制度あり

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万円 〜 58万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万9440円 〜 7万4500円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

法定内残業時間:1ヶ月あたり0時間0分

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

給与は経験・能力・前職給与を考慮し決定します。
