▼Introduction of Business Promotion Division
Under the jurisdiction of the Membership Store Management Department, the team consists of members in their 20s to 40s with a mission to provide a network of secure and reliable PayPay member stores. Each team takes ownership in a wide range of areas, from the evaluation and management of PayPay member stores to various transactions in line with the business expansion of PayPay.

PayPay is planning new businesses and initiatives while simultaneously enhancing the robustness of operations. Specifically in the department committed to the safety and security of the PayPay member store network, we are recruiting to supplement the human resources needed to concretely execute such efforts and strongly promote robustness.

【Specific Responsibilities】
Responsible for planning, constructing, improving, and automating operational processes in the PayPay member store management department. Expanding the PayPay economic zone and using the purchase data obtained from there to reform promotions and finance, it is essential to further expand the number of affiliated stores. Therefore, you will be responsible for merchant evaluation based on internal standards, as well as product and operational improvements based on data analysis.

• New service introduction, business design for efficiency measures, operational planning and construction
• Promotion of business requirements definition with a focus on systematization
• KPI management, analysis, reporting
• Product and operational improvements based on data analysis
• Coordination and escalation response with external vendors and internal related departments
• Team member management

• Gaining various insights through the execution of operational practices
• Acquiring knowledge of related laws such as the Antimonopoly Act and the Financial Settlement Act, as well as international brand rules, and gaining practical experience in business

Required Experience/Skills

• Experience in planning and constructing examination and management operations in administrative centers
• Practical experience in financial institutions (experience in managing affiliated stores at credit card/consumer finance companies, business experience at banks, fintech companies, and payment service providers)
• Experience in coordinating with external vendors and internal related departments
• KPI management and analysis
• Experience in proposing and promoting business improvements

Desired Experience/Skills

• Experience in planning and operating mechanization and automation of operations
• English skills (reading and writing level) *Level supported by Google Translate
• Ability to coordinate externally (ability to logically convey points to related departments)

Compensation & Conditions

Employment Type

• Full-time employee

Location

• WFA (Work From Anywhere at Anytime)
• Generally remote work (working from home or satellite office)
• Available for nationwide residence
  *There is a possibility of commuting to Kitakyushu city, Fukuoka prefecture (5 minutes walk from Kokura station) for about 1-2 days per month

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM (7 hours and 45 minutes of actual work + 1-hour break)
• Possibility of commuting to Kitakyushu city for about 1-2 days per month
• Possibility of flextime system depending on the department
• Possibility of overtime, late-night work, etc. for handling incidents

Holidays

• 2 days off per week, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days

Leave (Legal Leave and Company Welfare)

• Annual paid leave (14 days in the first year, granted according to the month of joining, usable from the date of joining)
