Amazon Data Services(ADS)では、アジア太平洋データセンター計画・デリバリー部門において、異なる国を拠点とする2名の幹部をサポートするシニア エグゼクティブ アシスタントを募集しています。
本ポジションでは、緻密な作業能力、納期遵守力、優れた組織力、そして複数の重要案件を同時に処理できる能力が求められます。機密情報を適切に取り扱える高い誠実性と判断力、そしてAmazon内外のリーダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取れるプロフェッショナリズムが不可欠です。また、状況に応じて柔軟に対応できる適応力も重要となります。

英語・日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション(書面・口頭)が堪能であることは必須条件です。

Key job responsibilities
経営幹部の活動支援
・イベントやスケジュール管理における経営陣との能動的な連携
・グローバルなタイムゾーンに対応した複雑なスケジュール調整
・機密性の高い案件の適切な優先順位付けと期限内での確実な対応
チーム活動の運営支援
・定例会議の議事進行管理
・オンサイト/オフサイトミーティングの企画・運営
・チームビルディングイベントの企画・実施
・年次計画策定や業績評価等の定期的な活動支援
出張関連業務
・国内外の出張手配(旅程作成、予約管理)
・ビザ申請を含む海外渡航手続きの管理
・社内渡航担当部署との連携
・経費精算の適時処理
イベントマネジメント
・大規模イベントの企画・運営
・会場選定・手配、ケータリング等の調整
・ロジスティクス全般の一元管理
Basic Qualifications
- グローバル企業での経営幹部アシスタント経験5年以上
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験2年以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き、会話)
- イベント企画、経費管理、海外出張手配の実務経験
Preferred Qualifications
- 学士号もしくは同等の学位
- Microsoft Office(特にOutlook、Word、Excel、PowerPoint)の高度な使用スキル
