  • 未経験も安心の研修体制

*まずは上司と既存機械の改造や

メンテナンスを一緒に担当

*いきなり全体設計図ではなく、

全体から切り取った部品図や

改造・修理案件の図面作成といった

案件の一部分から進めます。

  • 徐々に複雑ではない機種や

小型の新機種設計を担当するなど

1つずつできることを

増やしていきましょう

  • 1年間で担当する新機種は4~6台

まずは営業・お客様との要件定義や

仕様検討の打ち合わせから始まります

その後、検討図・提案図の作成や

全体図・組立図・部品図の設計

に取り掛かっていきます。

(他メンバーに振り分けないものは

部品図も書くことがあります)

案件進行中は月2回(1回2h程度)

デザインレビューを行い

仕様確認、進捗確認などを行います

  • 1年間で担当する新機種は4~6台

設計の効率化とコストダウンのために

機械を構成する要素や

部品の共通化を進めています。

  • 商談は主に、営業や取締役が担当

受注後の打合せは

技術的な内容がほとんどのため

機械設計・管理職が主に対応します。

お客様のニーズを満たす

機能・性能を持った機械の設計、及び、

付帯する関連業務全般をお任せします。

製造・販売を行っている

大型生産機械の専門メーカーです。

家具の木目印刷や住宅用壁紙、

「グラビア印刷機」や

食品や医療用品の包装材を製造する

設計ができた瞬間、

使用期間が20~30年と

寿命が長いものが基本ですが、
