This position is for a team member who will build a comprehensive risk management system for the Rakuten Group and handle crisis management for the purpose of achieving the Group's further growth.

Managing tasks below including domestic & overseas
Promotion of ERM system
Incident Management
Establishment of BCP system
Establishment of a crisis management system
Mandatory Qualifications:
Communication skills: Ability to propose and coordinate proposals for negotiations with management and various other stakeholders, teamwork skills
English ability: Ability to coordinate proposals for negotiations with native speakers of overseas business
Problem-solving skills: research, analysis, planning, documentation and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in project promotion (structuring, management, communication with internal and external stakeholders, etc.)
Experience in establishing a risk management system in a global company is desirable.
Languages:
English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)-
