SNS×MEOの"上流設計"を担うPMO採用

サムライパートナーズ案件の戦略リード

成果次第で1,500万〜2,000万も目指せる環境

月額〜500万/売上数十〜数千億クラスの大手案件担当

【仕事内容】

弊社資本提携先である株式会社ReZARD(株式会社サムライパートナーズ関連会社)と連携し、Instagram/X/TikTok/YouTube/MEO を組み合わせた大手企業向けマーケティング戦略の上流〜推進を担当します。「運用代行」ではなく事業成長をつくるポジションです。

具体的には

・キーマンとの折衝・要件整理

・SNS/MEO戦略立案、KGI/KPI設定、施策ロードマップ策定

・予算設計・媒体アロケーション

・戦略資料・提案資料作成

・定例MTGでの提案と意思決定の牽引

・運用チーム・外注パートナーのディレクション

・進捗/リスク管理、改善サイクルの設計(PMO全般)

※SNSの細かな運用知識は不要。

実行チームが動くため、あなたは「戦略・PM」に専念できます。

09:00 丸の内オフィス出社/Slack・タスク確認

10:00 代表・責任者と方針すり合わせ

11:00 KPI設計・予算シミュレーション/提案スライド作成

13:00 ランチ・情報交換

14:00 クライアント定例MTG(オンライン/対面)

15:00 運用・制作チームへ指示出し/進行管理

17:00 進捗整理・課題抽出・改善案検討

18:00 資料ブラッシュアップ/翌日準備

──なぜ戦略コンサルから転職したのですか?

「前職は日系の戦略コンサルで、いわゆる"パワポを武器にした提案"が中心でした。 ただ、実行フェーズはクライアントに委ねられることも多く、 『描いた戦略が、その後どう事業インパクトに繋がったのか』が見えにくいもどかしさがありました。 今のポジションでは、サムライパートナーズ経由で家電量販チェーンや全国展開のホテルファンドなどの案件が降ってきます。 CMOポジションが空いているような状況に入り込み、 実質的に"CMOの中身"を自分で設計していく感覚があるのが面白いですね。」

戦略コンサル、または同等環境での実務経験

戦略/事業計画/マーケ施策の企画〜推進経験

高度な資料作成スキル(PowerPoint/Google系)

PM/PMOとしての進行管理・関係者調整の実績

経営層〜実務層まで対応できるコミュニケーション力

KPI・予算など数値ベースで提案・判断ができる方

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥700,000 〜 ¥2,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥216,000(50時間相当分)を含む。50時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

ガイダンス等は出勤いただきますが、次第にリモートワークに移行する想定です
