【仕事内容】
課題ヒアリング~戦略立案、分析設計などの支援を行います。
ポジションの業務としては、特に顧客課題とニーズに基づいたデータ活用やデータ分析プロジェクトの企画、解析・分析、分析結果報告まで一連の業務を想定しております。
現在増えてきているプロジェクト内容としては、具体的にはアクセスログの分析・レポーティングや、BIツールを使った各種事業KPIの可視化・分析支援業務といったものがございます。
【具体的には】
以下の業務内容からご経験やご志向に合わせて業務をお任せいたします。
①ビジネス領域
PMとしてチームマネジメントや若手データアナリスト/データサイエンティストの育成をお任せします。
②エンジニア領域
実務担当としてデータ分析を用いて顧客の課題解決をお任せします。

<主要取引>
SHIFT商流で、大手自動車メーカー、大手人材企業、大手家電メーカー、大手SIer、官公庁などのクライアント様から、分析支援や業務効率化・DX推進支援のご依頼を多数いただいております。

現在、SHIFT商流にて大手クライアントよりコンサルティング業務を含む分析案件の引き合いを多数いただいております。そのような案件において、PMとしてご自身のスキルをフルに活かしながら、分析業務はもちろん、企画・提案から基盤構築、コンサルティングまでを一貫してご担当いただくことが可能です。
【求める人材】
・プログラミングの実務経験(2年以上)
・クラウドを用いた基盤構築のPM経験またはPythonを用いた機械学習のPM経験
【歓迎】
・データ分析実務経験
・プリセールス経験
【給与】
年収700~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

東京都基本的に東京都23区を中心としたプロジェクトに配属

09:00~18:00
