仕事内容


会計ソフトの入力、年末調整、確定申告、法人向け決算申告補助業務。

※使用ソフトは「弥生会計」を使用しますが、特に弥生会計の経験の有無は問いません。

未経験の方は、簡単なデータ入力作業や、仕分け作業などからスタートして頂き徐々に経理・会計の知識を身に付けていってください。

希望者には資格取得支援制度もございます。

経験者や有資格者の方は、知識、スキルを活かして年末調整、確定申告、決算申告補助のお仕事をお任せいたします。

各自のスキル、経験に合わせて無理のない仕事内容からスタートして頂ければ良いと考えています。

会計事務所と聞くと「気難しそう」とか「堅苦しそう」とイメージされる方が多いと思いますが、当事務所は猫が大好きな代表をはじめ、計15名のスタッフで運営する「気軽に相談できる会計事務所」です。

15名中12名はパートタイム勤務のスタッフさんで年齢も20代~60代まで幅広い年齢層の方がご活躍して頂いています。

おかげさまで順調にお客様も増えてきましたので今回新たに会計事務スタッフを募集します

求めている人材


基本的なPC操作(Excel・Word)できる方

簿記2級必須

税理士試験受験経験者

勤務時間詳細


9:00~18:00の間で1日4時間~、週3日~OK

※もちろんフルタイムで働きたい方も大歓迎

※扶養控除内勤務OK

※テレワークも自己申告でOK(繁忙期には全員にノートPCを貸与)

<例えばこんな働き方>

①9:00~14:00

②13:00~17:00

③10:00~15:00

など

※急なお子様の発熱や、ご家庭の事情等で急なお休みも対応可能です。

契約更新期間:原則1年更新(毎年7月1日~翌年6月30日迄)
