【募集背景】 ELEMENTSは「BEYOND SCIENCE FICTION」というミッションを掲げ、生体認証とAI技術で次世代の社会インフラを創造する東証グロース上場企業です。 この度、深刻な人手不足に直面するガソリンスタンド業界の社会課題を解決するため、AIによる給油許可サービス『AiQ PERMISSION』の提供を本格始動します。背景には消防法改正という大きな市場の転換点があり、まさにこれから「無人化・省人化」という新しい当たり前が創られようとしています。 この事業の成功は、単なる市場開拓ではなく、特定の強力なステークホルダーとの複雑な利害調整と合意形成に大きく依存します。事業の推進と成功のために、プロダクトの性能やマーケティングとは一線を画した「高度な対人調整能力」を駆使し、業界内の障壁を乗り越え、市場を切り開くリーダーシップを持った責任者クラスの人材を募集します。 【任せたいこと(最重要ミッション)】 事業責任者として、代表と密に連携し、以下の事業の成長を飛躍させるための「戦略的な業界連携の構築」および「事業戦略の実行」を最大のミッションとして実行いただきます。 業界トップ層との戦略的アライアンスと合意形成 ・主要ステークホルダー(石油元売企業、関連団体など)の感情・論理を理解した、事業の市場拡大に不可欠な「許可」や「連携」を得るための交渉・立ち回り ・特に事業の最大化に不可欠な「各元売企業への販売拡大」を実現するため、トップレイヤーへの戦略的なアプローチと交渉を主導 ・石油元売企業の役員・本部長クラスをカウンターパートとするハイレベルなリレーションシップの構築と維持 事業計画の戦略とその実行 ・契約SS(サービスステーション)数の最大化を目標とする戦略策定と推進 ・プロダクト開発の大枠の方向性決定(PdMや開発マネージャーと連携) ・プロダクトの提供に関わる仕入先との調整や、物流/在庫管理オペレーション、商流/ビジネスモデルの設計(事業開発メンバーと連携) ・拡販のための営業・マーケティング・プロモーション戦略の策定・判断 ・事業に関わるメンバーのチーミングとマネジメント 【ゆくゆく任せたいこと】 事業の成長に伴い、代表からのバトンを完全に引き継ぎ、独力での事業運営(P/L責任を含む)を担っていただきます。 AiQ PERMISSION事業で培ったAI時代の事業構想、プロダクト実現、事業展開のノウハウを活かし、新規事業の立上げ(01)にチャレンジいただくことも視野に入れています。 【このポジションが提供できること・魅力点】 次世代AI(生成AI2.0/世界モデル)ビジネスの最前線 我々が取り組んでいるのは単なる画像認識ではありません。 現実空間をAIが把握し、フィードバックを受けて適切な判断を下す -これはLLMの次、生成AI2.0と目される「世界モデル」へと繋がる技術領域です。この事業を通じて、次世代のAIプロダクト創出の知見と経験を得ることができます。 「重厚長大産業 × 先端技術」の社会実装ノウハウ ・エネルギー業界という規制や慣習が根強い産業に対し、AIのような先端技術を普及させるには、技術力だけではなく「人間中心のUI/UXデザイン」や「現場に即したオペレーション設計」が不可欠です。 ・高度な交渉力を駆使し、「AIを社会に馴染ませるためのUX/実装スキル」を身につけることで、DX・AI時代における稀有なビジネスリーダーへとキャリアを進化させることができます。 「人手不足による社会インフラの崩壊」という国家的な課題をAI技術で解決する社会貢献性の極めて高い事業のリード ・「人手不足による社会インフラの崩壊」という国家的な課題解決の先頭に立ちます。立ち上げ期は社長が伴走しつつ、入社直後から最重要交渉や意思決定の権限をスピーディーに移譲します。 ・数億円規模の利益創出と業界標準を塗り替えるダイナミズムを、裁量を持ってリードしてください。 【サービスについて:AiQ PERMISSION】 ガソリンスタンドにおける「給油許可業務」をAIで自動化・省人化するサービスです。 従来、危険物取扱者の資格を持つスタッフが常時目視で行っていた安全確認を、AIが代行・サポートし、AIが「安全」を担保することで、現場の劇的な省人化・無人化運営を実現します。 車がなければ生活が成り立たない地域社会にとって、ガソリンスタンドはなくてはならない重要な社会インフラです。しかし今「スタッフが集まらない」「後継者がいない」という深刻な人手不足により廃業を選ぶガソリンスタンドが後を絶ちません。 『AiQ PERMISSION』は、この「人手不足による社会インフラの崩壊」という大きな課題を、AI技術で解決するソリューションです。 またガソリンスタンドの省人化・無人化は、私たちの事業構想の第一歩に過ぎません。 将来的には「車のID化・PASS化」を推進し、ドライブスルーや駐車場での「ノーアクション決済」、自動車事故発生前後の画像などの保険会社へのデータ提供、車検・メンテナンスの情報通知など、あらゆるカーライフを滑らかにするプラットフォーム構築を目指しています。単なるAIツールではなく、未来の「快適なカーライフ社会」を実現する構想の起点に携わることができます。 参考URL: ・AiQ PERMISSION公式Webサイト ・サービス紹介 ・プレスリリース
必須スキル
大規模な交渉や利害調整を伴う事業の責任者、またはトップレイヤーの営業責任者を担った経験(業界不問) ・プロダクトやサービスの良し悪しに関わらず、コミュニティや組織の壁を乗り越えて「利」を得るための戦略的な合意形成を主導した経験 ・相手の論理だけでなく、感情も解きほぐしながら懐に入り込む高度な対人調整能力 既存事業を責任者としてグロースさせた経験、または事業のトップとして数億円/年以上の利益創出まで成長させたご経験 事業運営経験(関係者5名以上が目安)

- 年俸制:800万円~1,200万円を想定 ※固定残業手当40時間分を含む(208,333円~312,500円で超過分は別途支給) ※経験・スキルに応じて優遇(上限なし) ※月額給与は年俸額の12分割
