Position Overview

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing post-sale technical and business consulting services to ensure the successful adoption of Autodesk solutions. This includes conducting process assessments, facilitating customer meetings, offering training and mentoring, and producing documentation and customer deliverables. Additionally, you will play a key role in providing valuable feedback to our product and professional services teams based on client experiences to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers
  • Apply consulting techniques across a diverse customer base
  • Support Sales/Business Development by demonstrating the value of consulting resources and assisting with customer proposals
  • Utilize Autodesk product sets to meet specific industry requirements and workflows
  • Guide customers on the optimal use of Autodesk products and document detailed use cases
  • Configure solutions based on product capabilities and customer needs
  • Define strategies for migrating customer data and standards into Autodesk products
  • Collaborate with both external customers and internal consulting groups to address technical issues
  • Drive product adoption and consumption through various means such as presentations, testing, training, and mentoring
  • Provide valuable feedback to consulting groups for ongoing product and process enhancements
  • (May) participate in system architecture development, code testing, and solution implementation
  • (May) create custom modules using various technical skills and engage with customers on tailored solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated industry experience in Architecture, Engineering & Construction
  • Proficiency in Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
  • Preferably background in consulting or professional services
  • Innovative and creative thinker with a strong business mindset
  • Organized, goal-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English
