【仕事内容】
【職務内容】
SI事業部では、PMまたはPLとしてプロジェクト管理や企画、要件定義といった
上流工程、および社内マネジメントをお任せいたします。
会計システム、クレジット会社向け、運送業向け期間システム、
納税サイトのWEBシステムなど、多岐にわたる開発プロジェクトに携わっていただきます。
中小企業から大企業まで幅広い顧客に対し、事業を拡大しており、
さらなる事業拡大のため、意欲のあるエンジニアを募集しています。
勤務地は東京都・千葉県・埼玉県・神奈川県の各プロジェクト先となり、希望を考慮いたします。
【具体的には】
・ SI事業におけるPMまたはPLとして、プロジェクト管理、企画、要件定義などの上流工程を担当。
・ 社内マネジメントも担当。
情報・通信業(DX/Saas)金融(銀行・信託・証券・生保・損保・カード・リース)
官公庁(省庁・地方自治体)製造業 流通業・小売業
自動車 電力・社会インフラ系 鉄道・運輸業 その他(医療系/メディア系など)
PJ規模:PJ規模は客先案件により、様々です。
・人月:3人月~500人月まで
・期間:1ヶ月~10年以上
・並行PJ数(担当PM目安):客先のPMが複数案件を掛け持ちすることはよくありますが、
また案件の掛け持ちは基本的にございません。
【求める人材】
【必須】
・システム開発分野におけるPM・PL経験2年以上及び開発実務経験
・マネジメント経験、リーダー経験
【歓迎】
・何かしらのシステム開発における基本設計以上の経験
・何かしらのシステム開発経験10年以上(言語不問)
・基本設計以上の経験
【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
