業務内容

  • 陸上競技用投てき器具(円盤・ハンマー・砲丸)などの製造業務

汎用機・NC旋盤、溶接を用いた加工を中心に、

生産計画や発注、組立・出荷まで

一連の工程に関わります。

大会支援や納品対応など、

現場とつながる業務も担当します。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・汎用機・NC旋盤、溶接機による陸上用器具の金属加工

・生産チームと連携した生産計画の立案・調整

・材料発注、塗装など外注加工の手配

・組立、梱包、出荷対応

・競技場への納品、修理品対応、競技会での大会支援(年数回/AT車の運転あり)

・(状況により)2tトラック・ハイエースの運転

・生産計画や発注、組立~出荷まで工程全体に

【入社後研修】

OJT中心に、まずは「手加工」からスタートし、

習熟度に応じて「手動旋盤 NC旋盤 溶接」へ

段階的にスキルアップしていけます。

先輩が加工条件の考え方(刃具選定・回転数・

送り・公差の詰め方)や段取り、安全面を

マンツーマンでレクチャーしていくので安心です。

実機での反復練習+小さな改善提案まで

後押しする育成スタイルで、

未経験・第2新卒でも着実に専門性を高められます。

【働く環境】

・製造スタッフは現在13名。20代も活躍中の

フラットな雰囲気で質問・相談がしやすい職場です。

・月残業は平均約9時間(繁忙期11~2月は増加の目安30時間)。

メリハリをもちつつ精度と技術を追求できます。

・車・公共交通機関どちらでも通勤可。

大会支援時はAT車(ハイエース・2t)の運転を

任されることもあり、現場に近い実感を得られます。
