アプリエンジニア/PM【大手飲料メーカーのキリンのシステム企画~開発運用/業務知識不問/リモート可
【仕事内容】
キリンホールディングスはDXによる経営改革に積極投資中の状況で、キリンビジネスシステムはその中核を担っております。
改革をより迅速に前進させるために過去に類を見ない採用計画人数でエンジニアを募集しております。
【業務内容】:キリングループ各社に向けた営業系業務アプリケーション(SFA、CRM、販売管理、卸向け業務、営業ツール、SPOなど)の
提案・要件定義~設計・開発、および、運用・保守業務をお任せします。経験・希望を加味したポジションで選考をご案内いたします。
【工程】 :システム企画フェーズから開発運用まで一気通貫でプロジェクトに参画可能です。
直近は開発フェーズも部分的に内製化を進めており、手を動かしてシステムに触りたいというご希望にも沿える環境です。
【キャリア】:入社後の役割はご経験とご希望に応じてお任せいたしますが、
最終的にはPM寄りかスペシャリスト寄りのキャリアのいずれかを極めていただく形となります。
年1回の面談にてキャリア希望を聞くと共に、定期的なローテーションで育成を行っており、広い業務領域で活躍のチャンスがあります。
【業務知識】:物流や営業、経理、人事など業務知識に関しては、飲料業界以外からの入社者が大半となるので入社後の習得で問題ありません。
【働き方】 :リモート勤務可能(状況によって可能日数は異なります)/コアタイム無しのフレックスタイム制でプライベートと両立しやすい環境です。

【年収・給与】
500万円~1300万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

- システムインテグレーション
【キリングループ各社の業務システムの企画・開発・運用・保守】
生産管理・物流・販売・人事・経理・購買などの業務で使用されるシステムを開発します。
システムの企画立案から運用・保守、ユーザ支援など、システムのライフサイクル全般において高品質な業務遂行を実行します。
【キリングループ全体の情報インフラ環境の構築・維持・管理】
パソコン、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、メール、OAアプリケーションなど、グループ共通のITインフラの構築・運用・保守をおこないます。
また、オフィス環境の整備として、TV会議やOA複合機導入、ペーパーレス化の推進などもおこないます。
