マンション暮らしの「困った」を解決するお仕事

マンション入居者様からの、様々なお困りごとを解決します。

警察・消防署・市役所・工事業者からの問合せ対応もありますが、基礎マニュアルがあるのでご安心ください

<よくあるお問い合わせ内容>

・キッチンの蛇口から水漏れが、、、修理をお願いしたい

・消防設備の点検日を変更したい

・駐車場を新しく借りたい/解約したい

・部屋のリフォームについて相談したい
