仕事内容:

  • VRアトラクションの設置・点検・簡単な修理対応└ ヘッドセット、センサー、PC、周辺機器の動作確認・交換
  • 店舗スタッフやお客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話・メール・チャット)
  • 機材トラブルの一次切り分け、遠隔サポートツールを使った対応
  • 修理や部品交換の手配、メーカーとの連携
  • 新アトラクション導入時の機材セッティング補助
  • FAQやマニュアルの作成・改善
  • お客様のVR体験向上に向けた提案や改善活動

  • 未経験歓迎/接客経験やカスタマーサポート経験があれば尚可
  • PC基本操作(メール・チャット・簡単な入力)ができる方
  • ※ゲームセンター、アミューズメント施設、ITサポート経験者は優遇

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00-18:00(休憩1時間)

・土日祝休み

休暇・休日:

  • 週休2日制(シフト制)
  • 年間休日110日以上

  • 配属先はVRアトラクション店舗または本社サポートセンター
