手厚いサポートで安心してお仕事開始*
当施設では、利用者様一人ひとりの個性と生活リズムを尊重し、心温まるケアを提供しています。「誰かの役に立ちたい」「人の笑顔が好き」という温かい気持ちをお持ちの方を、経験の有無に関わらず歓迎いたします。未経験の方も、先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。
利用者様と過ごす一日~あなたにお願いしたいこと:
利用者様が心地よく、充実した一日を送れるよう、様々な場面でサポートをお願いします。
朝の始まり(起床~朝食):
起床介助:着替え、洗面、トイレへの誘導など、朝の身支度のお手伝い。
朝の過ごし方:新聞を読んだり、テレビを見たり、思い思いの時間を過ごされる方の見守り。
朝食:食堂または居室での食事介助、服薬介助、口腔ケア。
大切なこと:お一人おひとりの体調や気持ちに寄り添い、丁寧な対応を心がけてください。
日中のふれあい(入浴~おやつ):
入浴:入浴前後のバイタルチェック、着替え、水分補給など、安全な入浴をサポート。
昼食:朝食と同様、食事介助、服薬介助、口腔ケア。
レクリエーション:園芸、工作、映画鑑賞、音楽鑑賞、地域交流など、様々なレクリエーションを企画・実施。
おやつの時間:おやつとお茶を提供し、楽しいティータイムを演出。
大切なこと:利用者様が楽しく、いきいきと過ごせるよう、工夫を凝らした活動を提供しています。
穏やかな夜(夕食~就寝):
夕食:朝食・昼食と同様、食事介助、服薬介助、口腔ケア。
就寝準備:歯磨き、着替え、トイレ介助、おむつ交換など、就寝のお手伝い。
夜間巡回:定期的な巡回、体位交換、排泄介助など、安眠と褥瘡予防のためのケア。
大切なこと:夜間も安心して過ごせるよう、見守り体制を整えています。
