仕事内容:

【業務概要】

採用のリーダー・マネージャー候補として経営層との採用計画のすり合わせから母集団形成、採用チームのマネジメントなど幅広くご担当をいただく予定です。

【募集背景】

企業規模が150名を超え、現状からさらに大きな組織へと拡大していくにあたり、様々な課題感が出ている状況となっています。それらの課題を解決していくために、採用組織を引っ張っていただける責任者候補の方の採用を求めています。

【職務詳細】

・採用費の管理や調整

・採用計画の立案

・採用目標や募集ポジションの確認・調整

・求人媒体の管理・対応

・採用組織としての採用グループの強化

・エージェント新規開拓・接触・対応 など

年間採用人数は中途で40名前後を予定、今後も継続して採用を強化していきます。

新卒に関しては10名前後を予定

給与:

600万円~800万円

■月給50万円~(①+②+③) ※経験・能力・成果に応じて優遇します。

①基本給 314,900円~

②DC拠出可能給基準額 55,000円

③固定残業手当 130,100円~

なお、③固定残業手当は時間外労働の有無に関わらず、45時間分の時間外手当として支給いたします。

また、45時間を超える時間外労働分の割増賃金は、上記①②③とは別に支給いたします。

※試用期間:3か月間(試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません。)
