官公庁から依頼を受け河川や道路工事の発注者支援業務を行っています。

・設計図書等に基づく工事受注者へ指示

・工事資料、施工状況の照合

・現地確認、設計変更に必要な現地調査

・工事検査への臨場

・設計変更等資料作成

・地元及び関係機関との協議・調整に必要な資料作成など

求める人材:

下記のいずれか必須

■資格

└ 土木施工管理技士の資格

└ 1級土木施工管理技士技師補

└ 1級土木施工管理技士

└ RCCM・技術士(建設部門)

■土木施工管理または発注者支援の経験

■土木建設コンサルタントの経験

■土木工事での施工管理、設計、CADの経験

※公共工事での現場経験は特に歓迎します。

勤務時間・曜日:

08:30~17:30(休憩60分)

実働時間:8時間

みなし残業制ですが平均残業時間は月20時間程度です(繁忙期・閑散期あり)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

年間休日:123日

年末年始休暇あり

GWなどは有給休暇を使用し長期連休を取得することも可能です。

勤務地:

基本的には自宅通勤できる範囲の現場での作業になります。

遠方の場合は単身赴任手当の支給と住宅(ワンルーム)をご用意いたします。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥450,000 〜 ¥570,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥105,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

【想定年収】540万円~684万円

経験、保有資格、前職給与を考慮し決定
