担当製品および関連事業領域において、戦略的なマーケティングプランの策定・実行を通じて、事業目標の達成を推進する。
<業務責任・職務内容>
・担当製品・領域の市場分析およびマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
・事業部戦略に基づく短期・中長期販売計画の策定および進捗管理
・製品およびエビデンスメッセージの作成、プロモーションプログラムの企画・実施、営業部門への情報提供およびトレーニング
・新製品上市計画の立案・実行
・国内ビジネス最大化のため、US本社を含むグローバルメンバーとの連携
・製品の適正・安全使用啓発を目的としたトレーニングプランの立案・実施
・担当製品・領域のKOLとの関係構築および市場拡大に向けた協働

<応募要件>
・医療機器業界において、3年以上のマーケティング、もしくは営業経験
・英語による円滑なコミュニケーション能力(メール、対面・Web会議)
