この仕事は、保育園で過ごす子どもたちの毎日を

「食」を通して支える、調理師の正社員募集です。

給食やおやつは、子どもたちの健康や成長に欠かせない大切な時間。

安全でおいしい食事を、毎日安定して届けることが、

調理師としての大切な役割になります。

オープニング園の場合は、

給食室の雰囲気や仕事の進め方も、

仲間と一緒につくっていくところからのスタート。

同じタイミングで入職するスタッフが多く、

人間関係もフラットに築きやすい環境です。

既存園・新園いずれの場合も、

無理な仕事量はなく、チームで協力しながら

落ち着いて調理に向き合える体制を整えています。

「調理師として、もう少し丁寧な仕事がしたい」

【仕事内容】

保育園の給食室にて、調理業務全般をお任せします。

・給食・おやつの調理

・献立に沿った仕込み、下処理

・子どもの年齢に応じた食材カットや調理方法の工夫

・盛り付け、配膳準備

・食材・調理器具の管理

・衛生管理・清掃業務

食育活動や行事食に関わる機会もあり、

「食べることの大切さ」を伝える役割も担います。

正社員として、現場の中心となりながらも、

一人で抱え込むことはありません。

周囲と相談しながら、チームで給食づくりを進めていきます。

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

8:00~17:00の間 9時間勤務(1時間休憩)

ブランクがあっても子ども達への愛情があれば大丈夫

少人数で風通しの良い環境なので「ひとりで抱え込まない」が魅力だと思います。

基本給:月給 21万9000円 〜
