建築用鋼材の製造業務(切り出し・溶接・組付け)

仕事内容:

建築用の鉄骨を製造するお仕事です。

鋼材からの切り出し、部品の接合、組立と一貫した製造作業を行っています。

経験・資格・適性を考慮し、いずれかの工程をお任せいたします。鋼材切断機械の操作や天井クレーン運搬・溶接など経験を活かせる作業があります。

どの作業もしっかりと業務指導を行った上で従事していただきますので安心してご応募ください。

製品のサイズは10メートルを超えるものから数十センチのものまで様々です。

重量物は重機・クレーンで運搬いたしますので力仕事はほぼありません。

切り出しは大型マシニング、接合は溶接ロボットもしくは手溶接で行います。

未経験の方でも初歩的な作業から担当していただきますのでご応募可能です。

経験者の方・技能習熟が著しい方は高時給スタートもしくは勤務開始から1~2ヶ月後に昇給があります。

正社員登用制度あり早ければ数ヶ月後には正社員登用となる場合もあります。

登用後は賃金アップし、賞与・退職金・各種手当が付与されるなど安定した待遇で勤務ができます。

経験・資格不問 未経験者歓迎

天井クレーン・玉掛資格をお持ちの方、鉄工や溶接作業の経験がある方は待遇面で優遇いたします。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00

休憩:70分

時間外労働:月40時間程度(業務量により変動します)

【月収例】

¥280,000〜¥327,000(23日勤務+残業40時間)+別途交通費

休暇・休日:

休日:土日祝(土曜日は月に2日程度が出勤となります。会社カレンダーによる)

年末年始・GW・夏季休暇あり

アクセス:

マイカー通勤:可(無料駐車場あり)

正社員登用制度:6ヶ月間継続勤務後より制度の対象となります。

有給休暇:6ヶ月間継続勤務後10日支給

通勤手当:交通費実費支給(上限 月15000円)
