Your Career

・The Public and Social Infrastructure Business Headquarters is responsible for central government ministries and agencies, local governments, universities/research institutes, hospitals, and social infrastructure companies throughout Japan.

・Among these, this position will be responsible for universities, research institutes, and local governments in eastern Japan.

・Our company already has a strong track record in each market, but in order to further expand our business, we will directly approach universities, research institutes, and local governments in eastern Japan to find new business.

・At the same time, you will approach major partners and support them in proposing our products/services.

・You will work with other departments within the company, such as product sales and marketing teams, to increase awareness in your assigned market and create new business.

Qualifications

Your Experience

【Must】

3+ years of experience in corporate sales to universities/research institutes/local governments or in the public sector

3+ years of experience in sales of IT products (networks, software or cloud: SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/security, etc.)

【WANT】

  • Understanding of business practices and organizational structures of multinational IT vendors
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in IT products (network, software, or cloud: SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/security, etc.)

【Desired Traits】

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong self-management skills

In the Public and Social Infrastructure Sales Division, we handle central government agencies, local governments, universities/research institutions, hospitals, and social infrastructure companies nationwide.

Our division boasts a significant share in the public market and offers the opportunity to gain cutting-edge experience in the cybersecurity domain, particularly in the evolving public sector, including the Digital Agency.

Our sales team has an exceptionally long average tenure, allowing for continuous skill development and networking opportunities. Sales engineers work closely with the sales team and collaborate with internal and external partners to address projects and explore new markets.
