仕事内容:

企業の採用を支える求人原稿の作成をするポジションです。

職種・業界・ターゲットに合わせて、

「読まれる」「伝わる」「応募につながる」求人をつくっていきます。

具体的には

・Indeed・求人ボックス等の求人原稿作成

・新規求人の文章設計・構成づくり

・既存求人のリライト・ブラッシュアップ

・キャッチコピー・見出し・画像作成

・職種別(事務・営業・販売・IT等)の表現調整

※基本は文章を書く仕事が中心です

※営業活動はありませんが、リサーチを兼ねた企業との打ち合わせや、

必要に応じて電話・メール等の対応もしていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:
