【仕事内容】

20~30代活躍中

スタイリッシュな住宅設備・建築資材をEC展開する上場企業

見積書作成や受発注対応などを行う部門の運営サポートをお任せいたします。

・建材(タイル、洗面、建具等)の見積依頼に対する見積作成

・入金決済後の出荷手配、付随するお問い合わせ対応

・各種業務改善/後輩育成等社内運営業務

※業務量は見積発行件数1日30~40件、出荷手配件数1日20件程度

※無期雇用

※変更範囲:会社が定める業務

<求める人物像>

・見積作成経験があること

<尚可>

・建築・建材・住宅設備業界の経験

・営業や販売などお客様対応の業務に従事している方

・協調性の高い方

・PCスキルが高い方(Word、Excel、Power Point等)

・文書作成能力、校閲能力が高い方

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり150時間

9:00~17:30

※フレックスタイム制度(コアタイム/11時~15時)

※プレミアムフライデーあり

休日


【年間休日見込125日程度】

週休2日制(土日祝)

夏期及び年末年始休暇

年次有給休暇は入社日に5日付与(初年度付与予定の半分を入社時に前倒し)

後に6ヶ月以上勤務した場合、または基準日10/1に達した時点で5日付与

育休・産休(実績あり)

月給 20万円~23万5000円

(一律手当を含む)
