仕事内容:

・一戸建て、寮、土地をリノベーションや新築、シェアハウス・DIY・デザイン賃貸として住めるように、収支計画、デザインを企画

・新規、既存のシェアハウスに住まう方のご案内

・賃貸物件・シェアハウス・コミュニティ住宅の建物、入居者さま、オーナーさまの募集・管理

アピールポイント:

管理・運営がメインの職種でも、新物件の家具選びや空間デザインに携わる機会があります。職種を問わず、スタッフ全員で協力して「一つの居場所」をつくり上げる一体感が自慢です。

「もっとこうすれば暮らしやすい」という日々の気づきが、新しいコミュニティ住宅のアイデアに繋がります。ルーチンワークに留まらず、自分の発見を事業の種にできる、クリエイティブな管理の仕事です。

まずは物件を巡回などから始め、街や建物を知ることからスタート。宅建取得などのスキルアップも応援します。小さな組織だからこそ、手を挙げれば新規事業や立ち上げなど、幅広い経験を積むことが可能です。

求める人材:

社会人経験ある方、宅地建物取引士歓迎

Word、Excel等のソフトの基本操作ができる方歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

週休2日制(水・木)、年間休日119日(GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇含む)

・宅建手当:月5,000円
