Position Overview
The Direct Recruiting Team (DR Team) utilizes channels such as Recruit Direct, LinkedIn Recruiter, Ambi, and BizReach to scout and hire candidates with tax qualifications and extensive tax experience. In this position, you will support the DR Team Manager as their right-hand, assisting with HR and recruitment operations. (Individual KPI regarding the number of hires applies.)
Key Responsibilities
- Direct recruitment of tax professionals
- Support for senior tax talent acquisition
- Employer branding using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Attendance and presentations at various HR meetings
- Team performance management (for Assistant Manager hires only)
- Annual budget planning
- Various analyses and reporting tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in direct recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of the Japanese job market
- Experience in analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to work flexibly across multiple departments and organizations, both internal and external
- PC skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent)

Preferred Skills
- 1–2 years of team management experience
- Reporting experience to foreign national managers
- Recruitment experience at Big 4 or tax firms
