はじめまして、代表の正木です。

私は独立する前は、アトリエ系設計事務所・施工会社で、時代を象徴する商業施設や、話題を集める数々の店舗のインテリアデザインの最前線でプロジェクトに携わってきました。

その経験を活かして7年前に独立し、現在は有名飲食店や大規模オフィスなど、大小問わず多種多様な商業空間の設計・施工図を手掛けています。

クライアントの期待を超える質の高い仕事が評価され、事業は着実に成長しています。

この"第二創業期"に、事業を拡大するため、新たなスタッフを募集します。

仕事内容

はじめはVectorworksを使用し、商業施設(物販、飲食、オフィスなど)の図面作成をメインにお任せします。

有名飲食店や、大型ビルに入る大規模オフィスなど、多様でやりがいのある案件に携われます。

単に図面を描くだけの仕事ではありません。あなたの成長意欲に応え、キャリアを切り拓くためのステップを用意しています。

【入社後のキャリアステップ】

STEP1:施工図作成

まずはスキルや経験に合わせ、基本図・施工図作成からスタート。

代表がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導するので、物販、飲食、オフィスの作図経験がない方もご安心ください。

STEP2:上流工程への挑戦

業務に慣れてきたら、お客様との打ち合わせや現場調査にも同行。

打ち合わせの場での「こうした方がもっと美しい」「この納まりが良い」といった、あなたのアイデアや提案も大歓迎です。

STEP3:プロジェクトの中心へ

ゆくゆくは担当者として、プロジェクトの進行管理までお任せしたいと考えています。

案件の全体像を把握し、自らの手で空間を創り上げる手応えを感じてください。

勤務時間・休日

  • 勤務時間

フレックスタイム制

・標準的な勤務時間帯:10時から19時(実働8時間)

・個人の裁量で柔軟な動き方が可能です。

・仕事がなれれば在宅勤務も可能です。

・業務調整し、退社時間を早めることも可能です。

  • 休日・休暇

・土曜日(調整も可能)

・日曜日

・夏季(お盆)、年末年始休暇

・プロジェクトの進捗により休日出勤をお願いする場合もあります。

その際は平日に代休・振替休日をしていただくよう推奨しております。

・勤務条件は、ご相談を重ねた上、決定いたします。

資格

  • 必須となるスキル・経験

Vectorworksを使用した施工図作成の実務経験

下記ソフトが使用できれば大歓迎

Illustrator、Photoshop、Excel、Word等

中国案件もあるため、英語・中国語を話せる方、歓迎

給与

正社員:固定給(19万) + インセンティブ制度(実力+経験にて決定)
