・業界・職種経験不問

・PC入力、ExcelやWord等に抵抗がない方

  • 未経験からでも安心してスタートできるよう、店舗運営に必要な知識や、アイブロウの基礎知識などは、入社後にしっかり研修でサポートします。ご安心ください。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

<勤務時間>

9:00~18:00

(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

マネージャー職は原則9時〜18時の固定時間制。

現場業務はスタッフに任せ、主に日中の管理業務に集中できます。

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 50万円

現在も業績好調で、年末には過去最高の売上を見込んでいます。

成果をしっかり評価するため、売上(収益)に応じたインセンティブ制度を導入しています。

・1店舗あたりの売上が300万円でインセンティブ1万円、320万円で2万円など

・実績に応じて段階的に上がり、最大で月10万円の支給も可能です。

頑張りが明確に反映される仕組みなので、

「結果を出した分だけきちんと還元される」やりがいを実感できます。

眉毛サロンは東京都内を中心に徐々に増えつつあり、少しずつ認知度が高まっています。

当サロンでは、スタッフが働きやすい環境を最優先に考え、全員が高収入を得ながら希望休や連休をしっかり取れる仕組みを整えています。

下記のような負担をかける働き方は一切考えておりません。

当社について

当社は、10年以上にわたりリラクゼーションサロン「手もみ王」を運営してきました。

この経験と実績を基に、新たな挑戦として男性専門の眉毛サロンの出店を計画しています。

現在、店舗運営や制度設計の段階にあり、新しいメンバーと共にこのサロンを作り上げていく予定です

業務オペレーションの構築、サービス品質の向上に向けた研修制度の整備に加え、複数店舗の展開も視野に

職場環境


スタッフは20代が中心に、30代、40代活躍中

和気あいあいとしながらも、程よい距離感で勤務しています。

お店での飲み会はほとんどなく、年に1回ほど。

プライベート重視で働ける環境です
