世の中いろんな訪問看護・リハステーションがあると思いますが、中には規模拡大や売上を重視しすぎて、「とにかく件数をまわす」という方針の事業所さんもあると聞きます。私たちは数よりも、むしろ関係性や仕事の質を重視していきたいと考えています

これを実現するには、地域や病院など各所との、『密着した濃い関係性』が大切です。実際に職員もご利用者様も、噂を聞いて問い合わせてくれるケースが増えています

そのために、訪問事業以外の、弊社が取り組んでいる事業を一部ご紹介します(訪看以外の例)

・地域連携イベント開催:お寺の保健室、薬局と連携して相談会など、神社や喫茶店と連携など、できる範囲の中で様々な取り組みを実施。

・ちょっとした不便をお手伝いする「まごころサポート」を開始します。

・ジーバーFOOD地域のご高齢の方が営む食堂運営を支援。街中食堂×コミュニティを形成。

別事業のチームが地域との深い関係性を構築することで、訪問チームが仕事に集中しやすい環境を整えております。

【仕事内容】

「家でどう生きるか」に伴走する。病院や施設では経験できない、本質的なリハビリを。

疾患だけを見るのではなく、利用者の"人生"と向き合い、その人らしい生活を取り戻すためのリハビリテーションを実践していただきます。

  • 「生活」を再建する多角的なアプローチ

歩行や筋力強化、関節可動域訓練、起居動作といった身体機能への訓練はもちろん、精神面へのアプローチや排泄援助まで、暮らしをトータルで支えるスキルが磨けます。

  • 「緩和・ターミナルリハ」の専門性

終末期の緩和リハビリや疼痛ケアに深く関われるのが当施設の特徴です。「最期までその人らしくあること」を支える、難しくも尊い経験が、セラピストとしての視座を大きく広げます。

  • 「総合医療者」としての確かな成長

看護師との壁がなく、常に意見を交わせる環境です。看護の視点を取り入れることで、単なる機能訓練にとどまらない、医学的根拠に基づいた「総合医療者」としての実力が身につきます。

【給与】

240,000円~300,000円

【勤務時間・曜日】

9:00~18:00

※週休3日制

人生で働くことはとても意義のある大切なことだと思います。同時に仕事以外の時間も、人生においてとても大切な時間だと考えています。東三国訪問看護ステーションは、仕事もプライベートも大切にしてほしいと考えているため、原則として週休3日にしています

固定のシフト(相談可能)、シフトの変動なし

有給休暇

※3日も休みいらないけど、時短勤務したい

そういう方は、5日勤務の時短正社員も相談可能

9時~16時で勤務しているスタッフもいます。とても働きやすいです

・スイーツの差し入れがよくある(私はダイエット中でガマン。。)

・誕生日会やってくれるので、最近減りがちな「おめでとう」がもらえる笑

などなど、リラックスして働ける雰囲気があります。

  • スキルはしっかり

地域の市民病院が信頼を寄せてくださり、お仕事の要請も多くいただきます。

私たちは在宅看取りの実績も多く、創傷ケアや家族支援など医療の本質に踏み込んだケアを提供していますが、その結果、病院のカンファレンスでも「東三国訪問さんに看ていただいて良かった、他には任せられない」と高評価をいただいています。

  • 全国でも珍しい看護とリハの壁がないチームリハと看護の方針を統一しています

カンファレンスはリハと看護一緒に、しかも3ヶ月に1度やるので、どのように対応していくかが明確になります。

訪問看護は一人で入ることも多いので、「本当にこれで正しいのか」と、不安になることも多いです。でも共通のカンファレンスを通して、これらの不安の多くは解消できます。今後も大事にしていきたい取り組みです
