【仕事内容】


自社の乳酸菌商品の提案営業をおまかせします。

*自社商品「プロテサン」シリーズが人気乳酸菌健康食品を扱います

*20~30代の子育て中の男性・女性も活躍中です

※新規開拓:ルート営業=3:7の比率

※1人当たり50~100社担当

「予算達成」「新規開拓数」「新規開拓売上額」「各拠点達成率」を総合して営業成績を順位化しています。

※半期(1~6月と7~12月)ごとに表彰

※上位5位まで営業インセンティブを支給

8:45 朝礼

9:00 社内間情報共有の確認(掲示板・メッセージなど)

11:00 訪問スケジュールの確認

13:00 取扱店訪問(5~10件)※出張の場合あり

15:00 帰社

16:00 営業報告及び日報作成

17:45 退社
