【仕事内容】

スキルマーケットサービス『ココナラ』の成長を力強く牽引いただける、バックエンドエンジニアをご担当いただきます。

本ポジションでは、どのようにしたらより多くの方に『ココナラ』をより便利に使っていただけるか、ユーザー視点に立ち、仮説・実行・検証のサイクルを回しながら、一緒にプロダクトをブラッシュアップしていただける方を募集。

主に、下記の業務に携わっていただきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・新機能の企画および設計、開発、運用

・新機能投入後の効果検証、機能改善

・既存機能の問題抽出および解決策の提案

難易度の高いプロダクトであるため、バックエンド開発として経験・実績を積むことが可能です。

・GitHub/Bitbucketを使った経験

600万円~1200万円
