【業務内容】

■公共事業におけるPM・CM

■大規模災害の復旧・復興事業における PM・CM

■国土交通省の事業監理業務、事業促進PPPなど

■公共事業、大規模災害の復旧・復興事業における工事積算の支援

■公共事業、大規模災害の復旧・復興事業における技術資料作成の支援

■公共事業、大規模災害の復旧・復興事業における工事監督の支援

【職務内容】

国土交通省や自治体の発注者支援業務、CM/PM・事業促進PPP業務、NEXCOの施工管理業務などの現場業務の大幅拡大、全国展開を視野にこれらの現場業務に従事いただきます。

■国土交通省や自治体などの発注者支援業務

■国土交通省や自治体などのCM/PM・事業促進PPP業務

■NEXCOなどの施工管理業務

などの現場業務に携わっていただきます。

【給与】

年収:900万円~1200万円(例:50歳~59歳)

月収:26万円~70万円(例:50歳~59歳)

※雇用形態:契約社員

※給与はスキルやご経験に応じ、同社規程により定める

残業代:別途支給

昇給:年 1回(7月)

賞与:年 3回(6月、12月、3月)※8.5か月(2022年度実績)

東京都中央区または関東の施工管理現場

【勤務時間】

9:00~17:00(実働時間7時間/日)※現場によって変動あり
