    カフェにて接客業務をお任せします

・オーダー

・ドリンク作成

・レジ

・仕入れ

・スタッフ育成

【必須】

  • レストラン、カフェサービスの経験が豊富な方
  • ソムリエ資格をお持ちの方

マネジメントポジションは別にあるため、

PCのスキルなどは必要なく、

現場サービスに専念できるポジションです。

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり169時間18分

  • 営業時間 ※日祝定休

カフェ:8:00~22:00

レストラン:11:00~22:00

バー:18:00~24:00

  • 勤務時間

7:00~24:00

※シフト交代制

(実働8時間・時間外勤務あり)

※休憩有り

【休暇等】

  • 入社時特別休暇(有給:3日、有給付与前までにやむを得ず欠勤となった場合に使用可能)

給与


月給 37万6300円~45万900円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり7万3800円以上(固定残業時間:33時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

経験・スキルなどを考慮のうえ決定します。

  • 給与改定(年1回)
  • 決算賞与(年1回)

【手当】

  • 残業手当

(下記の固定残業見合手当を超えた分は別途支給)

月給が28万円以上の場合

固定残業時間:33時間

見合手当:\55,400以上

  • 法定休出手当
  • 深夜勤務手当(22:00~25%UP)

※月給に応じて固定残業代は変動しますが、

いずれも記載の最低額以上を保証しています。

交通費:交通費支給

交通費支給(月10万円まで)
