(夕勤)16:00~翌0:20

※入社後は日勤(8:00~16:30)で、
技能習得後、交替勤務になります。

【仕事内容】
【フィルタートウ製造業務】
たばこのフィルタートウ製造工程の
紡糸・定量及び梱包作業に携わって頂きます。
細かな作業が得意な方が活躍中です。
- 紡糸作業・・・
紡糸の過程で糸切れが起こった際の
対応等をします。
- 定量作業・・・
機械で製造された製品が
自動で振り込みされるので
充填数量に達したら
充填完了マークを付けて
梱包工程にまわします。
- 梱包作業・・・
完成した製品を出荷できるように
ダンボール等で梱包し
結束バンドで固定します。
入社教育の後、
2~3日の現場研修を行い配属となります。
未経験の方も先輩社員が
知識や技術をイチから丁寧に教えるので
安心してスタートする事ができます。
職場によって必要な資格については
取得支援をしています。
将来のスキルアップへの体制も万全です。
