<仕事内容>
精密機械部品の品質保証業務全般及び品質改善
〇不具合分析・再発防止
・社内及びサプライヤーで発生した不具合の真因究明
・製造現場や設計部門へのフィードバック、工程改善の提案
〇品質管理・保証業務
ボールねじ・ボールウェイ等の品質保証・顧客対応。
各製造工程の品質管理(各種検査、測定機器の管理、出荷品の品質保証)。
品質改善・不具合の原因分析及び対策と再発防止、クレーム対応。

【ミネベアリニアモーション株式会社 奈良工場 について】
日本で初めてボールねじの生産販売を開始した、株式会社ツバキ・ナカシマ(旧:椿本精工)の工場として昭和44年(1969年)に稼働開始し、50年以上にわたり実績と技術を培ってまいりました。
製品は各種工作機器、半導体製造装置、産業用ロボットなどに広く利用され、社会を支えています。
2025年10月にミネベアミツミグループの一員となり、「ミネベアリニアモーション株式会社」として新たなスタートを切りました。
