営業・マーケティング・オペレーションの知見を活かし、経営課題の本質的な解決に取り組んでいます。

DX推進やSaaSの活用を軸に、経営課題の特定から施策の立案・実行、

効果検証・改善提案までを一貫して支援する「コンサル型DX」を提供しています。

生成AI活用支援、Salesforce、Tableau、Yextなど、

各種SaaS製品の導入・活用支援も行っています。

企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを力強く推進し、

ビジネスとテクノロジーをつなぐ架け橋として貢献することを目指しています。

【具体的には】

・ クライアントの事業課題や業務上の非効率に対して、

最適なITソリューションをコンサルティングし、導入後のご支援まで伴走

・ 顧客企業(中小~中堅規模、有名企業様まで)への課題ヒアリング

・ 生成AI及びSalesforceやTableau、MEO対策ツールYext、

その他SaaSを用いた業務改善提案

・ 導入プロジェクトの提案・設計(社内エンジニアとの連携)

・ 顧客との中長期的なリレーション構築

・ 提案資料の作成、見積もり、契約業務

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ コンサルティングファームまたはSaaS会社における業務/IT/DX/CRMコンサルティング経験(3年以上)

・ 業務課題の抽出から、ソリューション設計・提案・導入支援までを一気通貫で担当したご経験

・ 顧客との長期的なリレーション構築をベースに、中~大規模アカウントを自走的に推進したご経験

・ プロジェクトマネジメント(スケジュール/進捗/関係者調整)の実務経験

・ 顧客への営業改革やマーケティング改善プロジェクトへの関与経験

・ 顧客の意思決定をリードする、高い提案力・調整力・資料作成スキル

・ IT業界での法人営業経験(SaaS、CRM、DX関連など)

・ コンサルティングやプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・ SalesforceやTableauに関する知識や興味

・ 生成AI、Salesforce等のSaaS製品の提案・導入経験

【給与】

年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
