国内ホールセールチーム(Individual Wholesale:以下IW)のマネージャーは、部が定めた年間活動計画に基づき、シニアマネージャーと連携のうえ営業活動の実施及びアシスタントマネージャーの補佐を行います。
業務内容
1つまたは複数のホテルを担当いただき、以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。
- 常に最新のマーケット情報をアップデート~集約し、担当ホテルの効果的な営業活動を実施する
- 週1回チームミーティングに参加し、自身の活動及び担当ホテルの販売状況を報告する
- 担当ホテルの予算・売上管理
- 担当ホテルの各種レポートの管理を行う(Weekly/Monthly/Action Report/Key Production Report)
- 担当ホテルとの定期的なアップデートミーティングを開催し、BOB/FCST/マーケット状況/ホテル状況を確認し、適切なアクションを行う
- 実績に応じて、担当ホテルの提供在庫数とアカウントの見直しを年2回実施する
- 部の全体活動の一環である "Online Education" "Retail Sales Blitz"を実施する
- 部の全体活動のひとつである"IW Roadshow"をサポートし、実務の運営を行う
- クライアントの課長職以上との関係構築のために、四半期に1回エンターテインメントを実施する
- 年間を通して、エリアの店頭セールスを実施し、部の管轄する全てのホテルの販売促進を強化する
- ADOSとともに、担当ホテルの、上期/下期のレートミーティングの準備を行い、ミーティングに参加する

The Manager, Individual Wholesales (IW) is responsible for implementing sales activities and supporting the overall activities of the department in cooperation with ADOS (Assistant Director of Sales), based on the annual activity plan set by the department.
What will I be doing?
- Responsible for one or multiple hotels.
- Constantly update and consolidate the latest market information and conduct effective sales activities for the hotel(s) in charge.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to report on own activities and sales status of assigned hotels.
- Manage budgets and sales for assigned hotels.
- Manage various reports for the assigned hotel (Weekly/Monthly/Action Report/Key Production Report).
- Hold regular update meetings with the hotels in charge to confirm BOB/FCST/market status/hotel status and take appropriate actions.
- Review the number of allotments and accounts for the hotels in charge twice a year, depending on performance.
- Conduct "Online Education" as one of the department's overall activities.
- Conduct a "Retail Sales Blitz" as one of the department's overall activities.
- Support and conduct "IW Roadshow "as one of the department's overall activities.
- Conduct quarterly entertainment to build relationships with client managers and above.
- Conduct in-store sales for the area throughout the year to enhance the sales promotion of all hotels managed by the department.
- Prepare for and participate in Kamiki/Shimoki rate meetings with ADOS for assigned hotels.

- Sales experience in hotel and/or travel (including OTA) agency.
- Sales experience of individual travel products.
- PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint / Online meeting tools: Microsoft Teams or Zoom).
- Native in Japanese (reading, writing and verbal communication).
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Can be based in Kansai area.
- Business level in English (reading, writing and verbal communication).
