応募概要
給与
月給350,000円~700,000円 ※想定年収:4,200,000円~8,400,000円 ※上記金額には、みなし残業手当(50時間分・104,000円~212,000円)を含みます、超過分は別途追加支給します \年収アップ率は毎年5~20%/ 実力に応じた明確な給与テーブルの設定をしているので、結果や成長がそのまま給与に直結年収アップ率は平均110~120%です。 入社時の年収の一例 年収420万円(システム開発/25歳/月給35万) 年収840万円(PM/40歳/月給70万円) 昇給:年2回/5月・11月に給与改定を行います 評価制度 人事評価は半期に1回、代表が6段階評価で決定。クライアントのフィードバックを踏まえつつ、学力や記憶力よりも勤勉性や協調性などを重要視しています。今後は組織拡大に合わせ、定性的・定量的な評価制度を作っていく予定です。

正社員 ※試用期間は6ヶ月、その間の雇用形態は契約社員、その他の条件に差異なし
勤務体系
勤務時間:10:00 ~ 18:30(実働時間:7.5時間/日) 平均残業時間:月10時間以下 ※プロジェクトによって多少前後します 年間休日:123日(2021年は年休126日) 完全週休2日制(土・日) 祝日休み 年末年始休暇(7~8日) GW休暇 夏季休暇(3日) 慶弔休暇 有給休暇 産前・産後休暇 介護休暇 5日以上の連続休暇の取得が可能 年末年始など有給をまとめて利用し、14連休とっている社員も
