【仕事内容】

DBスペシャリスト、性能スペシャリストの立場で顧客システムの課題解決を支援していただきます。

【具体的には】

■DBスペシャリスト

・データベース移行支援メンバとして、移行アセスメント(移行の難易度評価)の実施、PoC支援、DB移行に伴う、DB再設計、SQL変換、互換機能の開発、試験支援、QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。

■性能スペシャリスト

・主に性能試験支援、性能問題解決支援メンバとして、性能試験計画の策定、性能設計(アプリケーションロジック、サイジング、パラメータ設計)、性能試験の実施から解析、性能チューニング(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)、QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。

【求める人材】

・1つ以上の得意な製品、分野を有し、以下のような経験があること

  • プロジェクト管理者/チームリーダとして、3名以上のチームにおいて

マネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)を行った経験

  • 設計~試験までの一貫した工程経験
  • 顧客折衝/チーム間調整等の窓口業務経験
  • 未経験分野に対して、独力でキャッチアップした経験

【歓迎】

・クラウドサービス(AWS・ Azure・ GCP等)を利用したシステム開発経験

・DB移行に関わる業務経験、特にoracleからPostgreSQLへの移行経験

・仮想化、コンテナ技術(kubernetes、docker等)についての経験

・バックアップ/リストア、監視等の運用設計経験

【給与】

年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
