■ 職務内容
(雇入れ直後) データ分析・機械学習の研修プログラムの企画・開発・実施、受講生の学習サポートおよび応用プロジェクト支援、企業のデータ分析組織の立ち上げ支援、AI活用プロジェクトの企画・実装。

■ 応募資格
* データサイエンティストとしての実務経験または関連分野の学位
* 機械学習、深層学習、統計モデリングに関する専門知識
* Python、R、SQLを用いた開発経験
* 専門技術を分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
* 組織運営や育成活動への関心
* 統計学の知識
* データ整形・前処理の知識と実装経験
* 機械学習アルゴリズムの知識と実装経験
* SQL, Python, Rを用いたプログラミング能力
* AIプロジェクトの製品化における開発チームとの連携能力
* コンサルティングやシステム開発プロジェクトの顧客対応経験、またはITソリューションのプリセールス経験
* 社内外でリーダーシップを発揮できる方
* 自身の専門領域にとどまらず、常に周辺領域への好奇心と向上心を持って取り組める方< * 技術への情熱を持ち、自らコーディングなどの実践を続けられる方
* 他のデータサイエンティストの模範となれる上位互換の存在
* デリバリー(期待値調整、要件定義、システム開発)を統括できる能力と十分な経験
* データサイエンス・ビッグデータ関連プロジェクト・プロダクトの経験、またはコンサルティングビジネスの経験
* 学術研究をビジネスに応用し、新しいプロダクトを生み出すことに興味がある方
* 会社の理念に共感できる方

* ベイズ推定、ベイジアンネットワークに関する知見と実装経験
* 因果推論に関する知見と実装経験
* BIシステム構築または活用に関する実務経験
* チームマネジメント経験
* ダイレクトマーケティングの経験
