【仕事内容】

裁量あり/事業拡大中/新しい飲食ブランドの開発に一貫して関われる

  • 商品・メニュー・外観・内装・看板・サービスなど、

店舗づくりの全ての要素にあなたのアイデアを反映できるポジションです

【業務概要】

グループ内にはデザイナーや建築士など専門スキルを持つ人材が多数在籍しており、

連携しながら《新業態の立ち上げ~運営まで》を一貫して手掛けていただけます。

  • 出店決定後は、業態開発の責任者として店舗運営スタッフの教育・指導を行い、

本部の中核として長期的に業態運営をリードしていただきます。

【業務詳細】

・既存店舗の運営に参加しながら、新業態のアイデアを企画・立案

・マーケティング調査や他社視察を通じた《コンセプト設計》

・メイン商品の開発、仕入れ交渉、メニューラインナップの考案

・店舗オペレーション構築やサービス設計

・内装・外観・看板・メニューなどのクリエイティブディレクション

・予算計画、損益管理などの数値組み立て

・立ち上げ後のスタッフ教育・マネジメント

【年収・給与】

年収:500万~650万程度月給制:月額380000円給与:経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇賞与:年2回(7月、12月)昇給:年4回(四半期ごと評価査定)

入社時の引越し費用補助制度(配属先からの通勤時間が1.5H以上かかる方が対象):引越し費用、礼金、仲介手数料の全額または一部を補助(規定あり)/交通費支給/退職金制度/グループ飲食店社員割引/健康診断/深夜勤務手当/社宅制度(空き状況により異なる)

埼玉県さいたま市中央区上落合2-3-5 アルーサB館4F

JR埼京線「北与野」駅徒歩1分(車通勤可能)

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

11:30~23:00(うち実働8時間のシフト制)※店舗により異なる

【休日休暇】

年間休日117日、月9休制(休日はシフト制)、年間有給休暇、特別休暇(慶弔休暇)

同社、店舗の特徴

同社は、本格志向の焼肉店を中心に、和・洋・中とさまざまな業種を展開するほか、有名焼肉レストランのフランチャイズ店舗も運営しています。

契約している生産者からブランド和牛を直接仕入れ、ブランド和牛は一頭買いし、冷凍せずチルドで店舗へ直送。

自社農園で育てた野菜を使用するといった品質にまじめにこだわることで、「食」にチャレンジし続けています。

また、同社が運営している店舗はチェーンでは珍しく、「お子様連れが行きやすいようなお店」や「他店舗では出していないような店舗毎に販促や独自メニュー」などお店によって様々な特徴がありますお店で働く店長、メンバーが意見を出し合い、その地域・お客様層に合わせたお店づくりを大切にしており、本当の意味でのお店づくりに携われますそのため週8(日によっては1日2回)回来店される常連様もいます
