興味を持ったお客様に提案する反響型の営業職です

アパレル・美容・営業代行・イベントなど、幅広い分野で事業を展開する当社。

今回募集するのは、広告などを見て「話を聞いてみたい」とお問い合わせいただいた方に対して、オンラインでサービスのご案内をする【完全反響型】の営業職です。

お問い合わせ対応(反響営業)

「HPやSNSを見て気になった」というお客様に、オンラインで商品やサービスのご説明をします。

すでに興味を持っているお客様が対象なので、テレアポや飛び込みは一切なし

お客様に寄り添いベストな提案をしていただきます。

商談・提案(Zoomなどで実施)

アパレル企画、営業代行、イベント運営など、ニーズに応じたサービスを提案。

無理な売り込みや数字ノルマはありません。

大切なのは「相手の話を聞く姿勢」です。

契約サポート・社内連携

契約に必要な書類作成やスケジュール調整など、社内メンバーと連携しながら進めます。

営業未経験でも安心して始められるよう、トークマニュアルやフォロー体制も整っています。

ノルマもなく月末のプレッシャーなどありません

屋内原則禁煙(喫煙専用室あり)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥550,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000〜¥60,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

  • 昇給制度あり(年1回)、賞与あり(年2回、前年度実績に基づく)
  • 通勤手当支給(上限3万円/月)
  • 退職金制度あり
  • 労働時間に応じて支給される手当として、残業手当、休日出勤手当があります。残業は固定時間制のため、所定労働時間を超える場合には別途支給されます。
